We invite you to a very special Sound Journey at Christ Cathedral during the Lenten season exhibit, “Miracles of Christ”.
SATURDAY MARCH 22nd | 2–3:30PM | $35
This upcoming session is extra special as we share space with the ‘Miracles of Christ’ Lenten exhibit at Christ Cathedral in Salina, Kansas. Since we’re in a setting that doesn’t provide yoga “props”, feel free to come as you are and sit in a chair or, bring a yoga mat, pillow/bolster and blanket to get comfortable on the floor.
When the seasons change, we change, and things in our lives change. Everything is related. At the change of each season, Veazey & Denise come together for a Sound Journey to share their passion with you. These sessions aim to assist while you shed the season passed and open into the season upon us, intentionally inviting in each season’s blessings.
Using meditative guidance and the captivating sounds of a variety of instruments, Veazey, Denise & Jason meet you with a translation of the moment’s energetic frequency and usher in the shift towards the upcoming season’s frequency.
This is a meditation with a short breathing practice at the beginning and a deep relaxation at the end. You are welcome to sit, recline, lay down or move as you wish during the session. A blanket is the one recommended prop — you can use your own or one will be provided at the studio. Many other props are also available at the studio to enhance your experience.
For this session, the trio will lead you through ‘The Spirit of Miracles’, bringing awareness of your connection to everything into daily life in order to access the river of miracles at your fingertips.
