Using meditative guidance and the captivating sounds of a variety of instruments, Veazey, Denise & Fay meet you with a translation of the moment’s energetic frequency and usher in a shift to fully trust the movement and experiences arising in yourself and in your life.
This is a meditation with a short breathing practice at the beginning and a deep relaxation at the end. You are welcome to sit, recline, lay down or move as you wish during the session. A blanket is the one recommended prop.
